EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Experience:

Three years of responsible experience performing a variety of operational, technical, administrative, and para-professional tasks associated with the maintenance, operations and management of building equipment, facilities and infrastructure, including one year of supervision.

-AND-

Education:

Completion of 60 semester units from an accredited college or university with major coursework in engineering construction management, industrial management, industrial engineering, or a related field.

An applicant with a college degree obtained outside the United States must have education records evaluated by a credentials evaluation service. This evaluation must be submitted before you will be considered for any positions.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Driver License:

Possession of a valid California Class C Driver License at the time of appointment. Individuals who do not meet this requirement due to physical disability will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Salary: $40.23 – $52.78 Hourly

$6,972.78 – $9,148.89 Monthly

$83,673.32 – $109,786.65 Annually
