Possess great interpersonal skills and exhibit a high degree of professionalism

5+ years of commercial property management experience

Scope of Responsibilities:

Work with owners, tenants, and vendors to manage a designated portfolio of industrial and office buildings

Exhibit a thorough understanding of commercial lease documents and terms

Monitor property rents and collections

Review and report on monthly financials

Assist with CAM reconciliation process and review for accuracy

Able to bid and manage vendor and building contracts

Assess property conditions and develop strategies to obtain optimum building standards

Establish and manage property budgets and forecast capital expenditures

Manage and control property operating expenses

Ensure all building and property improvements are performed in accordance with building standards, ADA compliance, and environmental regulations

Participate in weekly staff meetings

Visit properties on a regular basis
