Condominium Property Manager | Draper and Kramer, Incorporated

Draper and Kramer, Incorporated is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a luxury high-rise condominium in the Gold Coast. The Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the property’s operations, resident retention, financial matters, employee management and reporting to the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in property management, excellent communication skills and possess an active CAM license or equivalent experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


• Responsible for the supervision and management functions of all building staff including administrative and maintenance firm

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents

• Attends after hour meetings, property inspections, audits and emergencies

• Updates and maintains operation procedure manual for the property including guidelines for all staff employees, contractors, fire safety guidelines, annual meetings, etc.

• Manages delinquency policies and procedures for the property

• Oversees vendor relations and ensures completion of projects in a timely manner

• Maintains and produces monthly management and activity reports

• Prepares annual budget with the assistance of the Property Supervisor

• Manages and develops annual calendar of projects and deadlines

• Available for on-call 24/7

• Other duties as assigned
