Proficiency in financial reporting and planning, supervision of maintenance and office personnel, landlord/tenant relations, collecting and depositing rent payments, financial analysis, and processing re-certifications. Previous property management experience with Section 42 and HUD Section 8 is required. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and OneSite Leasing and Rents. This position requires an ability to work both independently and as part of a team, multi-task, meet deadlines, and provide strong customer service. The ideal candidate will have industry certifications and possess 7 years of experience.
