CANDIDATE PROFILE

Candidates must possess solid business development acumen, communication skills, problem solving abilities, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Strong math skills and an understanding of financial markets and models are also essential. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years property management or related experience, and existing vendor and investor relationships to help grow a portfolio of business.

Additional Qualifications:

  • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred
  • Possess a valid real estate license
  • Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
  • Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate
  • Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors
  • Previous experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, MKL, AVID, and Argus Software
