This last week I had my last team meeting with everybody.  Since I only have a few more days on site, this was my last team meeting and we had a home made breakfast, which was a very good way to start the day.

Today I shopped some of the competitors in the area.  It was very interesting now that I have worked in the industry to see other companies strategies and practices.  It also gives our property a good understanding on where we stand in the market of course.
