Real estate management is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that rewards effort and ambition, and includes management principles you can use throughout your career. Students gain a diverse skill set including a solid knowledge of management, finance, accounting, tenant and employee relations, real estate law, as well as design, construction and development, sales, customer service and marketing.

A portion of your Real Estate Property Management coursework includes Cooperative Education. You'll build a stronger resume with the work experience employers need and may have a position in place before graduating. Many students receive a job offer from their Co-op employer for a full-time position following graduation.
