Students gain a diverse skill set including a solid knowledge of management, finance, accounting, tenant and employee relations, real estate law, as well as design, construction and development, sales, customer service and marketing.

Why UW Stout?

When you talk to a UW-Stout student about how they feel about their college experience they tell you that it feels like home. UW-Stout isn't the average four-year college. The polytechnic approach makes education hands-on and career-focused.  The UW-Stout campus features three times as many labs as classrooms and an extensive array of online offerings. That's why 98% of UW-Stout graduates are employed or pursuing advanced degrees within six months of graduation.

Cooperative Education that provides hands-on, real world experience and earns degree credit

A portion of your Real Estate Property Management coursework includes Cooperative Education.  You'll build a stronger resume with the work experience employers need and may have a position in place before graduating. Many students receive a job offer from their Co-op employer for a full-time position following graduation.
