Why UW Stout?

When you talk to a UW-Stout student about how they feel about their college experience they tell you that it feels like home. UW-Stout isn’t the average four-year college. The polytechnic approach makes education hands-on and career-focused.  The UW-Stout campus features three times as many labs as classrooms and an extensive array of online offerings. That’s why 98% of UW-Stout graduates are employed or pursuing advanced degrees within six months of graduation.

A portion of your Real Estate Property Management coursework includes Cooperative Education. You’ll build a stronger resume with the work experience employers need and may have a position in place before graduating. Many students receive a job offer from their Co-op employer for a full-time position following graduation
