This Thursday I got to travel to the Chippewa Falls Downtown Royal Credit Union. It’s always fun to travel and network with new people at RCU. They all have varying experience at Royal but can teach you new things or show you solutions to problems you might not have considered. You learn new tips and tricks to make the job easier along with getting to meet new members. Each branch I’ve traveled to is unique in the processes they have with communicating as a team, how they handle tasks, and even basic things like the layouts of the branch. But one thing remains the same at all the branches, they are full of friendly faces and focused on doing what’s best for our members!
