My sister flew in to Denver this Sunday, to spend the week with me and so that I would not have to drive home back to Milwaukee alone. We leave next Sunday! It is a 17+ hour ride. I am really going to miss Colorado!

I went and saw Switchfoot and Lifehouse in concert in Denver with Cory, another intern, on Monday night! It was a show of a lifetime!! I grew up listening to these bands, so it was amazing to finally get to see them live.

Emily and I ended our long yet eventful week off by going to the local farmers market on Sunday morning. We bought some fresh vegetables, fruit, baked bread, and a lot more! Can’t wait to go again next Sunday!

  Finished off my birthday weekend with my best friends from home with some camping up in the mountains. No other camping will ever compare to camping in Colorado, it is breath taking, but really cold!

  This week Friday, 7/7, was my birthday!! I decided to go skydiving with my two best friends from home over the Royal Gorge. This was hands down the most amazing, crazy moment of my life! P.S. I am terrified of heights! 🙂

This week I had to chip all the paint of our front curbs, so I could repaint them! It was a lot of work but worth it because I got to have Thursday and Friday off for my friends to visit for my birthday!
