We had a special visitor come into work today for a little bit. Some found her running around some units and someone brought her in. Soon her owner was located, and she went back home. Little Skyla was so friendly and fun to hang with for a while though.

We had a swarm of bees make a visit just outside some units. Thankfully they seemed friendly enough and decided not to make this bush their final new home.  #bees #uwstout #internship #propertymanagement 

So many notices, learned that in the state of Washington you have to post a notice for each occupant in a unit, plus one for John Doe, and Jane Doe. In the event there are any unlisted occupants in the unit. 

Can’t believe I have already been at Regency Woods for 6 weeks. I have definitely learned a lot, but also feel like it’s only a small portion of what else I have yet to learn. 

Washington Intern Outing with Weidner Apartment Homes. We got together to play Top Golf a couple of weeks ago. Funny to believe that 4/5 of us all go to UW-Stout together. 

Just ended my fourth week at Regency Woods in Renton, WA. Completed 2 move in’s this week, me and these blue folders are going to be best friends by the end of 12 weeks.  #WA #RentonWA #Weidner #ApartmentLife
