It is my final day here at Oaks Properties. It has been a great experience and I have learned a lot about the property management industry. I would definitely recommend Oaks to any Stout student looking for a summer internship.

Last Friday we were doing an inspection for asbestos at a property in the Apple Valley area. It was my job to let the inspectors into all of the units, where they then took samples of the flooring and ceiling.These samples will then be taken to a lab to be tested.
