Mini Model Fun!

We got TONS of  bathroom things to create mini-models in vacant apartments for our 9 properties! Most properties will end up getting 2 bathroom sets. It was fun  to create the different sets!

Budgets…Again!

This week I have been putting a spreadsheet together with the past three years of utilities for each of our properties. I then have been estimating our utility budget for 2020. This week was also national intern day! My co-workers and I went out to Dairy Queen to celebrate.
