Today, I got to experience my first eviction. The tenant hadn’t paid rent in month’s and was finally evicted. Luckily, he had left before we went into the apartment, but had left most of his belongings, along with a huge mess for our maintenance staff to clean up. It was interesting getting to learn the eviction process and all of the procedures taken in the process.
