This week was very fun and jam packed, even though it was shortened. We were out and about for a lot of the week going out to properties Wednesday and Thursday. We did some pre inspections to get an idea of whether some properties were in livable condition or not.

This week I spent a lot of time learning about stuff on the maintenance side of things. We covered things such as how to handle pest control issues, to HVAC problems, and Electrical problems. This was very basic, but I found to be good to know.
