This week was very interesting in a way we didn’t hope for. We had multiple evictions this week, one from a resident who completely trashed the property and was over $10,000 late on rent. Another for getting their 6th lease violation and the third or fourth instance with the police since March. This was very hard to work through with the moratorium, and took a team effort. The other issue involved a shooting with one of our tenants who was injured in a break in. Not the best week.
