On Friday I helped do two move in inspections for the people who were going to be moving in later that day.

Tuesday I worked with my Community director to clean up the property that I work at which is a rewarding feeling to be able to see the difference from the morning to the end of the day when we were able to get the property clean.

Last week Monday the third I worked at Elements which is a brand new property that opened for its first residents last December and will be getting another building, the 4th of 6 buildings, in the coming weeks

Thursday I helped a resident that ran out of gas in the parking lot by pushing his car to a parking space and then picked up a gas can and gas for him, it was nice to see how much he appreciated the help.

Wednesday I was able to do monthly budget projections that we update every week! It is a really interesting thing to see what the budget looks like for the month and seeing what the actual amount spent in that month.

On Tuesday I was able to help a couple find their new home! It is a very cool feeling knowing that you are able to help people to find a place they love!

Wednesday we got to go a few different properties to plant flowers to help the curb appeal of the property. We got to do this with other interns and some of the community directors so we were able to get to know them a little better!

Today at the new property I worked with a leasing consultant and we worked together to run the apartment community for the day and I was able to learn some new things and new ways to do some things from her as well.

Today we had an intern event with the regional director and the area directors for the Colorado region, we went on a hike in the mountains and it was a very cool experience and nice to get to know the area directors and regional director.
