Yesterday we participated in our Weidner Cares Day here in Alaska. Our project was to help the William Clark Chamberlin Equestrian Center. Read MoreWithout much else going on this week, I spent most of the day with our property manager going over where we put security deposits. We went through the process of receiving and dispersing the deposits back to previous tenants. With proper bookkeeping this can be a very straight forward process.
