OSHA requires safety data sheets turned in to them every so often. Just going through reviewing and inspecting all the different hazards and labels on all are equipment. If something is labeled wrong or considered a hazard, we must fix it right away so we don’t get fined.

Read MoreToday i Walked around with our property owner to all of our vacant units. She pointed out the different things she looks at while inspecting empty units. We went through and wrote down everything that she wanted cleaned or fixed and gave the report to our maintenance supervisor.
