Security Deposits

Without much else going on this week, I spent most of the day with our property manager going over where we put security deposits. We went through the process of receiving and dispersing the deposits back to previous tenants. With proper bookkeeping this can be a very straight forward process.

Helping a Resident

Thursday I helped a resident that ran out of gas in the parking lot by pushing his car to a parking space and then picked up a gas can and gas for him, it was nice to see how much he appreciated the help.

Wednesday I was able to do monthly budget projections that we update every week! It is a really interesting thing to see what the budget looks like for the month and seeing what the actual amount spent in that month.

10,000 square Feet

Checking up on the concrete crew this morning, 10,000 square feet of warehouse space is being poured full of concrete. Had to bring in the big pump truck to get the concrete where it needed to be. Quite the experience and set up.
