At this point, I know this property like the back of my hand.  Weidner will teach you fast!  New things can seem so intimidating initially, but before you know it, it’s like second nature.  This internship is felling more and more like home! (06/05/17) 

Got a pickle!  You receive a pickle if you do something ‘out of the norm’ to assist any resident.  I had gone over to a tenant and picked up some downed branches in his yard that I guess he had been wanting gone for some time!  (06/02/17)

Showed my first solo tour! The potential clients came in and my CD trusted me to show them around the place.  I took them on a tour of our property along with our model!  Time will tell if they end up living here! (05/30/17)

To start off my last week at High Plains, it started off being crazy stressed and busy because we knew the auditor was coming and we wanted to make sure everything was perfect!

Having an office job doesn’t mean you have to be stuck in the office all day. I’ve been running around a lot from building to building doing move-in inspections.  

It’s really a unique opportunity that I am able to work alongside a Manager in Training. It gives me a glimpse into what a future with Weidner might be like and we are both learning as we go.
