Last week was a crazy busy week! We had over 150 units with student move-outs. I couldn’t believe how much the property manager and our team do during this time. We like to be as involved as we can to make our tenants happy, so in some cases we had to pitch in and help our cleaners. It is definitely the busiest time of the year for us. It is so rewarding being able to bring in new tenants and see the new smiles on their faces after move-out is finally over!
