5-day notices

This week, we had to send out 5-day rent notices to our tenants just to let them know that they can set up a payment plan, if paying rent is becoming difficult for them. It is just a friendly reminder before a possible eviction could happen. We try to help our tenants as much as possible before it leads to a possible eviction!
