During this week, I spent a lot of time cold calling for which ever agent had floor time at that given moment. My boss had me go through our lead system which is called Lofty, and look through any cold leads or anyone who may have just been window shopping initially. The agent with floor time is whichever realtor happens to have a floor shift on that given part of the day, so I was able to maximize who I was reaching out to. I am not sure if anyone I called ended up being for sure about buying or selling, but I did acquire interested parties who those agents further reached out to with marketing materials.
