Grant Geissler is a Junior in the Real Estate Property Management program at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Grant is completing a Cooperative Education (Co-Op) experience as a Real Estate Intern at Arrive Eden Prairie in Minnesota.
During the internship, Grant will be rotating through various positions within the company over the course of the internship. First he will work with the Facilities Manager and learn about the maintenance team’s responsibilities. Then he will work with the leasing team where he will eventually lead tours and help prospective residents find their new home. Next he will work with the Assistant Manager and learn more about the administration side of the property. To finish off the internship, Grant will work with the Community Manager as well as the Regional Manager to further his experience into the administrative and accounting work that keeps the property running smoothly.
