Hi Everyone! My name is Grace Crigler, this upcoming fall I’ll be a Senior double majoring in Interior Design and Real Estate Property Management at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. This summer I will be completing a Cooperative Education (Co-Op) experience as an Intern at Weidner’s Town Centre Apartment Homes in Eagan, Minnesota.
Throughout this internship, I will be introduced and exposed to the many operations of this community. Some of my job duties include communicating with current and future residents, leasing apartments, reviewing applications, submitting service requests, as well as learning new software programs along with other procedures and policies. While there is certainly a lot more to it, my overall goal is to become familiar with the interworkings of residential property management to grow my knowledge in the field.
