Hi there! My name is Bailey Jacque, and I am a Double major in Real Estate Property Management and Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. This summer I will be completing a Cooperative Education (Co-Op) experience as an Intern at Weidner’s Woodin Creek Village in Woodinville WA.
I’ll be learning about management, leasing, maintenance, and groundskeeping throughout this internship. Communication with present and potential tenants, apartment leasing, application review, service request submission, as well as learning new software programs and other procedures and policies are some of my professional responsibilities. Although there is undoubtedly much more to it. My main objective is to find out what characteristics of the community make it special and successful.
