Hey everyone! My name is George Scharlau. I am a undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin – Stout majoring in Real Estate Property Management. This coming fall will be the start of my final year in the program. This summer I am doing a Co-Op where I will be an intern at Daymark Uptown, one of Weidner’s many properties in Minnesota.
I am going to be learning about leasing, maintenance, and management throughout this summer. I will be working with current residents, potential prospects, application process, leasing apartments, and learning the software that they use. There is many more that I plan to learn throughout my time with Weidner, but I am excited to learn as much as I can while I am there.
