Hello everyone!
I am Justin Johnson, a Stout student studying property management and business. My hometown is Kronenwetter Wisconsin and I went to school at Mosinee High School. This is my senior year at Stout and I’m doing a Stout Co-opp with a property management and investment company, HPI Properties. This is a family-owned business that owns and manages commercial and residential properties in central Wisconsin. I will be an assistant property manager this summer. My Job will be heavily weighted on general operations. I will be signing leases and scheduling showings with prospective residents. I am fully responsible for getting the apartments filled and ready to go for the next residents. I am also tasked with random property management duties. The maintenance team helps remodel the units to get them rent-ready before the tenants can move in. My goal this summer is to learn operations and develop some great relationships.
