Maxx Rohde, is going to be a Senior in the Hotel Restaurant Tourism & Real Estate Property Management program at the
University of Wisconsin-Stout. Maxx is completing a Cooperative Education (Co-Op) experience as a Leasing Consultant Summer Intern at 7west Apartments in Minneapolis, Minnesota. During the internship, Maxx has had a chance to get some experience in the property management industry with 7west the past couple weeks as a leasing consultant. He has been learning the ropes on how to lease and sell apartments as well as understand what it takes to successfully manage and operate a 215 unit apartment complex. The team he has been working with has done a fantastic job training him in on what is expected as a leasing consultant. Maxx has been doing a fantastic job working alongside his co-workers and has even leased 5 apartments since starting work. He has learned many new skills and techniques that make him a better employee anywhere he decides to go after school.
