I have completed my first week as an intern with Weidner Apartment Homes. Throughout this week I have learned how to navigate the Yardi CRM application. In CRM I have responded to messages from prospects and residents about questions and concerns they have. I answered phone calls from prospects and residents and answered questions they had. I watched a community director screen an application for a prospect applying for an apartment home. I sat in on a budget training meeting. I moved residents into their new homes and conducted a move-in walk through. I also followed my community director around while he gave prospects tours of our community.
