This second week at my co-op I have been doing some similar activities. I have completed start to finish 5 leases, with about 20 phone calls a day. I have been active in showing apartments and talking to people on listing sites like Zillow and Facebook. The owners and I have done a few property tours to look at new investments for the company and I have done a lot of the underwriting for them. A big takeaway this week is related to the financial balloons that are coming in the next few years. There are more commercial properties that are beginning to be listed with brokers in this market.
