This week at HPI Properties I am putting my CALP certification to work. Many units open up during the summertime, so they need to be filled. I have been on the phone most of the day calling to schedule showings and get units pre-leased before the move-out days. I have enjoyed coffee with many of the owners and different people in the market. These first few weeks have been jam-packed with meetings, showings, and random duties like taking all the coins from washer mach
ines to the bank.
