Hello Irem, This is week 3 for the internship with HPI Properties. There has been a lot of high energy in the office lately with new general maintenance projects. I have been assigned to a few different projects and still hustling strong to fill the residential side of the business. One of my projects I am working on is the general up-keep for the commercial strip mall in town. Every few years this building needs to be softwashed and checked for normal wear and tear items. The goal with this project is to increase the value and maintain all working features of the building to keep the tenants happy. The tenants are not always responsible for the upkeep of the building, per their lease, so the owner wants to clean some things up. I was tasked with getting quotes for prices and also inspecting the outside for noticeable items. Along with a few other projects I have been working on, I have been very busy.
