Over the past week, I took a few days off for a trip, yet the business continued as usual. I’m in the process of organizing a cookout for some tenants at my internship, and we’ll be setting it up this week. I’m juggling several projects, including bidding on jobs, systematizing operations, and managing leases. This morning, I conducted two property showings, which were successful, and tomorrow I’m scheduled to sign two leases, in addition to more showings. I’m focused on further developing my systems to streamline my job responsibilities. Lately, It has been very busy and many days have gone 10-12 hours.
