The showings and calls have been productive, and we are successfully leasing in advance with minimal rent loss. The only vacant property was a duplex, which remained unoccupied for two weeks. Renting it out was challenging before it became vacant because the tenants valued their privacy. A major task this week involved installing rocks and pavers at a duplex. I was tasked with this job and utilized the company’s tractor to transport and set up the landscaping. Three days and several blisters later, I completed the task. It was a welcome change of pace from the usual phone calls and showings.
