This summer, I am interning with Trinity Property Consultants at their Arrive Eden Prairie property in Minnesota. Trinity’s Arrive brand is their luxury apartments and the property is gorgeous. The first week I shadowed the Facilities Manager, Rick, as he showed me how the maintenance team keeps the property running smoothly. Rick emphasized the importance of communication and time management as this property has over 500 units. Part of the time management includes making preventative maintenance a priority, as it will save you both time and money in the long run. Overall the first week was a great introduction to the property and how much work is required for a large apartment community!
