My second week at General Property Management was a lot busier than my first. I commenced the week by independently inspecting approximately 20 vacant properties. This involved taking detailed photographs of broken or damaged items and submitting corresponding work orders. I then logged properties requiring painting, cleaning, or carpet cleaning services.
Collaboration with the team was crucial to ensure that tenants needing early access to their homes could do so promptly. Additionally, I attended another property showing, which GPM had recently started managing, and successfully secured a lease on the first showing.
The conclusion of my second week was remarkable in every aspect. I am now 3 for 3 on property showings, and I am eager to maintain this momentum.
