This week at RBC Gateway was filled with a broad assortment of tasks. Some of the tasks that I began the week with were looking at the utilities and observing how they are dispersed to the various tenants in the building and looking at the process for obtaining and approving COIs for building vendors.
One of the main tasks that I worked on this week was working towards drafting graphics and emails for tenant events and thinking of some new ideas for events, as at least one tenant event is planned per month. I really enjoyed the opportunity to get creative with the graphics for event invites.
This week, I also spend some time exploring JLL GPT. This is the industries first GPT model that is focused on commercial real estate. It has been exceptionally interesting to explore technology that has been greatly changing the way we communicate with tenants and the overall landscape of commercial real estate.
