Katie was the leasing consultant at Asbury Park when I first came to the property. She was 20 years old and had been at the property for about a year and a half. A little after I came to Washington she applied for an ACD (assistant community director) position at The Cove (another Weidner Property). She ending up getting the job. I was very happy for her but a little sad we got a long great and she was a great mentor. She taught me a lot in just five weeks ad really showed me the ropes. I was sad to see her go, but glad she was getting a promotion that she deserved.
