Above is an example image of an MLS quick sheet I have made, which details just about all the information a prospective homebuyer would need. It includes some of the primary images, location, square footage, any covenants or restrictions, included items, and remarks with directions. These sheets are crucial to showings for the agent and the buyer, as it can easily be referenced to inform your client of whatever they need to know. This quick sheet can also include lake information if that property is waterfront, or additional information such as if that lot is being sold discounted with another parcel.
