This past week we spent two days in Salt Lake City learning a new property management online program. The training was very interesting, but the best part was our lunch –highly recommend Café Rio!! When I first got trained in last month we were using Yardi Voyager. The Utah region is now switching to Rent Café. The system seems like it will be more efficient in the long run, but Utah is the first Weidner region to switch over. Because of this, I expect there to be a lot of kinks we will have to work through. It is pretty cool to be a part of the process –I definitely have a lot more respect for people who design websites!
