This week I was given the task of setting up the mini model apartment home. I found this to be very fun because I also have an interest in interior design. When an apartment home is vacant and ready, we will set up decor in it, as it makes the apartment feel more inviting and like a home. It is shown that when an apartment has some decor or furniture in it, it is more likely to be rented. We were able to lease this apartment home quickly and it was great to have another floor plan available for prospects to come and check out.
