Today, we went to several different apartments after not hearing anything from them, 3 people said they would try to pay, which no matter how hard it was, we had to say sorry no exceptions, if you dont pay today you will be locked out and evicted. Then at the other 6 apartments, we had complete skips. Some people left their doors wide open, some left their keys in front of the door and on the counter, and some just took their keys with them. For some people they left the apartment either completely cleaned or partially cleaned and as for some they left the apartment a total disaster. Which means we will be sending to the courts for collections.
