Living in a desolate area, advertising properties with signage is absolutely necessary. At our Land O Lakes office, we display a large marquis sign with each side featuring a different property that highlight some of our more eye-catching listings. Living remotely poses additional challenges with notifying the public about new listings. Adding signs for active listings on public waterways is very important as well, since so many people living on lake chains rely on boats as a majority means of transportation. I included an additional example of a typical sign that would get installed at new listings.
