For Week 6 of my internship, I would be placed in compliance for a few days. While there, I would go through a property and single out tenants who were late on paying their rent, make notes and give them to my boss to contact the tenants. Along with working with the compliance group, I would go on a few inspections of properties to determine how the property is running.
