During my first week at Trellis, I started training and learning the companies’ morals and goals. Trellis is a property management company who manages and develops affordable housing. I was training at the Trellis corporate office and was able to meet with our Yardi and ILoveLeasing specialists to get familiar with both programs. During this, I was able to learn some tips and tricks on how to communicate with prospect and residents in a professional manner.Â
