During my second week, I was located at Hopkins Village Apartments. I started by touring the property and meeting some of the residents. The first thing I learned was the different programs we accept at this location and how to create a move in folder based on the program the resident is using. Later in the week, I created late rent notices and notices for future recertifications and posted them on their door.
