This fourth week in Colorado has been an amazing learning experience! I’ve assisted with leasing, office work, and touring, and I’ve also had the opportunity to work on learning the art of setting up an apartment model to Weidner’s standards. Additionally, I received an in-depth tour from our maintenance department, exploring the shop and various areas around the property. We also welcomed our new community director for a crossover training period before her official start at Eagle Ridge next week.
