Excited to share that I’ve officially made it to the final week of my internship at Eagle Ridge Apartment Homes in Colorado Springs, working with Weidner Apartment Homes. These weeks have flown by, and I’m so grateful for the incredible experience I’ve had!

Working with an Amazing Team: I’ve been fortunate to collaborate with a group of professionals who have pushed me to grow. I’ve learned so much about leasing, utilizing our programs, and understanding what it takes to successfully manage a community.

Expanding My Maintenance Skills: From rekeying and programming remotes to grasping the basics of building infrastructure, I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience that will stay with me.

Engaging with Residents: It’s been incredibly rewarding to work directly with residents and contribute to fostering a welcoming and vibrant community here at Eagle Ridge.
