Hello! My name is Grace, I’m an intern this summer at Town Centre Apartment Homes in Eagan, MN. Here is a little bit of what my first week looked like! After taking care of my initial training and paperwork at the Minnesota regional office, I was able to start working at Town Centre the next day. My first few days were spent learning what the community had to offer. I joined in on multiple tours and move-in walk-throughs which has helped me gain a better understanding of how the leasing process works. I was also introduced to the CRM and Yardi software, something that Town Centre uses quite frequently. This is where I was able to communicate with current, future, and potential residents through the use of emails, phone calls, or text messages. Throughout this first week alone, I’ve already learned so much and met so many wonderful people (both coworkers and residents) along the way. I can’t wait to see what the rest of the summer has to offer!
