This week I helped residents that came into the leasing office with questions about rent. I helped change their autopayment settings and add or remove cards on their resident portal so they can pay their rent on time. We had a couple move outs this week. One of them left without giving us proper notice. That unit will need new carpet and a few other things before it is ready for a new resident. That apartment has amazing views of the mountains!
